Creating Scalability

Coaches are all about the IMPACT!

If you get results for clients, you’re making a difference.

And the more you help, the more you’re making a difference in the world.

But there’s a problem I see with coaching:

It can be limiting!

After all, there’s only so much you can do by working with one person at a time.

I know why it happens, too…

Many clients only want to work with you one-on-one.

Now, I’ve had my share of such clients. In fact, this happened a lot before we moved into group coaching.

So, I know what it’s like to want to be there for every single client, individually.

You want to help and give them what they want individually.

Well, let me tell you this:

Taking this route is often detrimental to your business and your clients!

I know, coaching has been done like this for a long time. Thus, it’s an expectation on the client’s end to get that one-on-one time with you.

Say you convince clients to sign up for group coaching.

What do you think they imagine it to be?

The truth is, most of your clients will still see the concept of group coaching as the same as one-on-one coaching.

The only difference is that there’s a queue…

And everyone waits for their turn.

This is a dangerous mindset.

Why?

It’s because coaches can fall into the trap of treating group coaching sessions as one-to-one sessions with a queue.

Now, some coaches prefer this type of training.

That’s why they design their sessions with that approach in mind. And they mostly do this to appease their clients and not step on anyone’s toes.

Others do it out of fear.

After all, when you’re working one-on-one, it’s easy to focus on delivering results for a single client. But if you add more people into the mix, you might not feel confident that you’re good enough to get results for everyone.

Now, if you have confidence issues, you’re likely to invest more time into individual sessions with your clients.

That’s far from the best use of your time as a coach!

Because once you start doing this, you’ll soon find that there’s no time left for the things that matter most in your schedule.

So, if you’re looking to scale…

It’s time to change.

Consider making the transition into group coaching and impacting more clients simultaneously.

The more clients you reach, the bigger the impact!
